Capsicum - 2
Green peas - 1 cup
Onion - 1 medium chopped
Jeera/cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt as needed
Oil - 1 tbsp
Can also temper with mustard seeds and urad dhal

Cut the capsisum into desired pieces.

Heat oil in a kadai and add jeera...when they splutter up add onions and fry till transparent...next add capsicum and saute for 2 minutes...then add green peas and fry till both are cooked but crisp for about 10 minutes...finally add chilli powder, dhaniya powder and salt...mix and fry for another one or two minutes.
