2 SWEET PANIYARAM

All purpose flour/Maida - 1 1/2 cups
Melted butter - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup( or according to sweetness required)
Cardamom powder - a pinch

This is an instant procedure and does not need any grinding to make sweet paniyarams.

Take all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well... add water and make a batter with thick consistency, able to pour on kuli paniyaram kadai. Grease the kuli paniyaram kadai with butter/oil and with a spoon pour into each hole... wait till it is cooked and browned and gently turn over to cook the other side... serve as it is .If the batter sticks to the kadai and does not turnover easily, then can add 2 tbsp of rawa( sooji coarse/fine) to the batter and mix well.

This is one of my friend Athi's recipe. She recently made this during one of our regular dinner get together at another friend's Place( Geetha). It just vanished away in no time.
